1. Our Service

Daily Morning Mercies provides personalized Christian devotionals and prayers delivered daily by email. Our content is written for spiritual encouragement and reflection and is not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, Pastoral, or financial advice.

2. Subscriptions, Free Trials & Billing

We offer monthly and yearly subscription plans, which may begin with a free trial period as shown at checkout. Unless you cancel before your trial ends, your selected payment method will be charged the subscription price shown at checkout.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly) unless canceled beforehand. Payments and billing are processed securely via Stripe.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Cancel Subscription page on our website or by emailing us at contact@dailymorningmercies.com. When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period and will not renew.

If you were charged by mistake or are unhappy with your subscription, please reach out to us at contact@dailymorningmercies.com and we will be glad to help.

4. Intellectual Property

All devotionals, prayers, text, and design on Daily Morning Mercies are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You are welcome to share individual prayers or devotionals with family members and loved ones.

5. Limitation of Liability

Daily Morning Mercies is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
